Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a quiet area with excellent facilities and a great view. The shower in the room had no heating, but a portable radiator was provided. The service was slow, especially from the manager, but they were hospitable during the stressful hours following our flight's cancellation. The location is convenient, being beside a roundabout outside Ashbourne and close to two lovely restaurants in the village. The dining experience was not great, with terrible tea served. Despite that, the French pastry was enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel offered stunning views of the Irish countryside, but the heating didn't work, so I had to use electric heaters. The room had a good TV setup and a very comfy king-size bed. Service was lacking, especially given the stress of dealing with a flight cancellation. The location, near Ashbourne and the Tayto Park, was quiet and convenient, although some noise from the roundabout could be heard. The dining experience was subpar, with the tea being the worst I've ever tasted. Despite these issues, the hotel provided a decent value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had excellent facilities and a great view, but the lack of natural air and no available water except through the vending machine were drawbacks. The service, especially from the manager, was slow, though they did show hospitality during the stressful time after our flight cancellation. The location, while outside Ashbourne near a roundabout, was quiet and convenient for my event. The dining was not impressive, with the tea being the worst I've ever had, but there were various other options. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives and negatives.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the Business Centre, making it a peaceful stay. The rooms feature a very comfy big king-size bed and a shower but lack the convenience of available water, only accessible through the vending machine. The service, especially during stressful hours following flight disruption, was extremely slow, with staff from the receptionist to the cleaner lacking in attentiveness. The dining experience offered various options but was notably marred by the worst-tasting tea ever served. The hotel is beside a roundabout outside Ashbourne, providing a convenient location with proximity to Tayto Park but lacks certain essential amenities like in-room tea, affecting the overall value for money.
